Custom and personalized orders
CANCELLATIONS are accepted within 48 hours of your order being placed. Any request for a cancellation after that time period, will result in a CUSTOM FEE of 25%. Cancellations requested within the 48 hour time frame will be refunded 100%.
Sizing details
Please keep in mind that since everything I make is custom to your specifications, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please be sure that the sizing information you give me when ordering is correct.
Care instructions
Collars can be washed in your machine, however, I highly recommend placing them in a mesh bag COLD WATER ONLY. DO NOT put them in the dryer - it is best to lay flat or hang to dry.
I prefer spot cleaning my collars if it's possible. Machine washing will show wear more quickly.
Flower Accessories & Bow Ties: I do not recommend putting them in the washing machine. All accessories should be spot cleaned only.
